Due to the delicate nature of our products and hygiene concerns, returns are not accepted. However, we want all of our customers to be satisfied so if your order contains a damage or there are other issues with the product, please reach out to us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
For home scents (Wax Melts, Room & Car Diffusers): In the event you are unsatisfied with your wax melts, car or room diffuser purchase, returns or exchanges are excepted within fourteen (14) days of purchase date in new and unused condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please contact us first to obtain a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and return shipping address and details. After acceptance of the returned item, refund or exchange will be processed within seven (7) business days from the receipt of the item.
