FAQ

What is the shelf-life on the products?

It is best to use all products within one year of purchase. All products are safe to use after one year, but fragrances can morph, fade, and not smell as fresh the longer you have them.

What information can you tell us about the ingredients you use?

Every ingredient used in our products are cruelty free, not tested on animals (only willingly family members😃), sulfate free, paraben free, phthalate free, and no harsh chemicals! We source the finest botanical ingredients, highest quality essential oils and fragrances, skin-friendly exfoliants and softeners.

Also, please note that we strictly adhere to the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) on fragrance usage rates so some scents will be more subtle than others.  We also take into consideration that some people are very sensitive to fragrances and strongly scented products can trigger headaches/migraines (🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏾‍♀️).  If you have any questions about the scent strength, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Do you offer refunds?

Do this new world of pandemics and sanitization concerns, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. If you have an issue though, please don’t hesitate to contact us at lareignhandcrafted@gmail.com and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours and try to resolve the situation to your satisfaction!

Shipping?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for items damaged or lost by the post office.  We also are not responsible for a package that tracking has marked as "delivered," but that you haven't received.  We are also not responsible for stolen packages.  Once the package has left our facility, we no longer have the element of control.  In the rare case that these situations happen immediately contact your local post office for more information and/or file a claim with USPS online.
